Wanted to go for a walk in appointment at 4 30 and the lady at the reception desk said there is nothing available. There was nobody in and she was just looking at her phone.. Probably she couldn't be bothered to do any work. I will never go back there.

Well wot can I say, had my so called hair done on Monday, un even long bits that supposed to be short short that supposed to be long. no layers put in as requested went home to style my hair to find it looking a complete mess. They couldn't find my appointment wen i turned up.
Went back today to see if they will re due hair, as the lady keep saying we can do at your request, so my request was this morning, to be told she couldn't do it. Well thats not at my request is it. One very upset angry lady. Would not recommend to anyone to even step one foot into this place. Had to make appointment with different hair dresses and to pay more money for someone else's mistake.

TERRIBLE SALON. Booked appointment online and paid a deposit. When I arrived another lady had appointment with Candice 15 minutes earlier than my appointment so was unable to honour my booking. Asked for a refund of my deposit but was told I had to contact head office as they couldn’t refund an online booking. Disgusting service not only did I have a wasted journey but I now have to try and get a refund for a service I never received. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN 😡😡😡

Growing out my hair so needed a trim. It was cut into a short blunt bob just below my ears. Only problem is, the bottom of it doesn't lie flat, and sticks out. The ends should've been rounded so it lies more flat against scalp. Unable to do much with it so going to a different hairdressers tomorrow to get it looking better. Definitely not worth paying £60. Won't name names but the lady who cut it was very friendly and chatty so gave extra star for her personality.

Karen was lovely and did an amazing job of my hair. We also share the same birthday, so lots to talk about. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be coming back soon. Couldn't recommend Karen enough, she's great at what she does and a genuinely lovely person also x

We had a haircut with Candice at Regis Basildon. Candice is very friendly and great at doing mine and my partner's hair. My partner, Shaun, has long hair and usually struggles to get a hairdresser he likes, but Candice has been brilliant. We have been returning customers since last year and will keep coming back in the near future. Highly recommend!

I was extremely happy with my colour and cut. Kirsty is very freindly and professional and an extremely good stylist. I haven't had my hair done for so long now because of lockdown. I felt like a completely new person when I left the shop.
