Absolutely disgusted in this place, paid for my partner to have her hair done by the girl called Summer for my brothers wedding. Bare in mind Summer is supposed to be one of her best friends from childhood. Paid for full head of highlights and cut and blow dry but only got half a head of highlight. At the time she showed the cut my partners hair was down so she couldn’t see the hair underneath at the back of the head . Once she got home and put her hair up she realised that the back hadn’t been done at all , and the roots are terrible. She very politely addressed this to Summer and was rudely deleted and blocked from being able to message. After messaging through a different method Summer finally replied and refuses to fix the issue without further payment from my partner, and also says she won’t be able to do so until October but only with further payment. This is months away and not acceptable, Summer offered an £8 refund for giving a client something totally different to what was asked for, 4 days prior to a wedding, now forcing us to fork out another £110 to get the hair done by someone who is actually professional at their job. Do yourself a favour save your money and save the embarrassment, hair should always be done perfect 1st time around, and if it isn’t as requested, it should be fixed free of charge as soon as possible. This was refused . Absolutely unprofessional unacceptable behaviour.

One of the best haircuts I've ever had. Stephanie brilliant stylist. But so expensive. For some one that's needs to have a cut every 4 weeks for me it's simply unaffordable . Such a shame. I appreciate that there are overheads to pay.

I’ve been coming to this Salon for many years now, the staff are amazing, from the minute you walk through the door your greeted with a huge welcome, stylist take time to talk you about how you would like your hair, they are all very talented hairdressers, the salon is beautiful and very clean, from the reception staff who are extremely helpful, the ladies who wash your hair and prepare you for your hair to be done are all very caring and helpful, the whole salon is one big team working together to make sure your happy with the service, I’ve never once had reason to complain I highly recommend this salon

Went in there with long messy matted hair they spent hours working on it gave me the nicest haircut afterwards, really lovely staff too would recommend.

I've been going to reflections for years and I have to say that I wouldn't go anywhere else, they are professional, attentive and pleasant. They cut to you style and request and no questions asked. They are now located in Rectory Road, Pitsea, I was given the guided tour of the venue and can say its truly amazing. Without any words the best hairdressers in the area

Absolutely unprofessional business hiring inexperienced hairdressers and if you dare to leave an absolutely honest review you get slandered on social media and called a tramp and accused of trying to get a free haircut , not at all the case! Just wanted the hair fixed to the way I actually asked and paid for it to be done. Instead was blocked from contacting and then had lies told about the whole situation to make themselves look better.

Terrible. Actually been in tears with the monstrosity of this hair cut. Asked for ends off only and some layers. I wanted to keep my length as it’s taken a long time to get it. She took off the ends fine then went into the layer and took chunks off I didn’t say anything at the time but it looks terrible all you see is the blunt cut of the layers nothing blends properly and now have to go and get it fixed. This is the second time this place has done this to me. I should’ve avoided from the first time but thought I would give them another try but clearly no better. Will never return.
