I've been seeing Emma for laser treatment the last 8 months for hair removal from my face. Emma is clearly knowledgeable and has years of experience, this shows through the treatment plan. She has been able to work beautifully with my Indian skin, and the results are incredible. I wish I had found Emma years ago, as I now have the confidence I've been lacking for years. Highly recommend!!

I have had several different treatments at Refine. When I started I struggled to justify spending money on myself as well as at my age should I really bother. The fantastic staff there have helped me increase my confidence and helped me to not feel guilty over looking after myself for a change. I can see the difference in my appearance as well as my self esteem and mental health. Highly recommended them.

After many years of being disappointed with my sparse eyebrows, I took advantage of Refines August offer and had PMU! Wow, what a difference, fabulous, I feel more self assured and they look stunning. I also had a lash lift and tint, a hydra facial, collagen red bed, definitely recommended the collagen bed! My husband is now having treatments too and enjoying them. Refine is a wonderful asset to Bishops Waltham, Becci and her team are exceptional, I am enthusiastic for their future here and my own, I have increased confidence and am looking forward to many more treatments and the exciting future for Refine.

I had an awesome sci fi like, top of the range Hydrafacial. It was an amazing experience at all stages, Abbie explained throughout what was happening, pretty much everything was achieved by using machines! Afterwards, I tried the Red Light collagen bed, having nearly fell asleep I tottered across the road for a pint in the Crown. The next day my skin all over was incredibly soft, I believe that the collagen in my body had lifted to the surface. When I shaved, the razor just glided over my face, particularly on my neck. I've never had such a good shave before. A fantastic experience, Refine is a marvellous business with super staff and is a very relaxing salon. It's very large inside and offers many types of beauty treatments. Robin, male aged 67 1/4.
Ps I went back a week later and had my eyebrow and lashes tinted, my wife says I look ten years younger.

I attended Refine and had a Hydra facial by Abbie. It was amazing! Abbie explained at every stage what was being used and the benefits of using the product. The results are so good and I am happy with the treatment. Definitely going to rebook!

I’ve had lash extensions and facials here and have had a great experience, staff are so friendly and the salon is so clean they offer so many different treatments that you can’t get just anywhere and there is so much I’m yet to try, would highly recommend

I attended Refine at Bishops Waltham for my cosmetic tattoo. Becci was so patient and lovely, reassuring me and was so gentle. I love the results and can't wait to see how the final looks like.
