For a business that’s customer facing, the attitude, eye rolling and bluntness of the workers here was appalling. Have some etiquette. You’re in a customer service role. Don’t promote your business on social media platforms, if you can’t deal with the increased footfall and still provide a positive shopping experience for your customer. Also, have your debreif about negative customers after you've finished your shift, not while you’re serving the next customer 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦‍♀️

R&M is the best shop in Oldham! They got a really good collection of dresses for real cheap price.. Staffs are very kind and helpful always help me to find my size. Rabiyah & the lady in the counter are my favourite. They always greets customers/me with a smile which makes me feel welcome.
R&M is my go to shop place where I know I will definitely find some bargains every time I go..

I love this shop I’ve been getting dresses from here for years ! The one thing I don’t really like about it is that they clip the back of every dress making me feel like I should be ashamed of my body and try and change it
