The store itself is nice and the staff are more than helpful. Plenty of choice and it was very neat, tidy and well displayed.

If you can't find your size, do ask the staff. They sometimes have extra sizes out the back.

My only complaint is that it's not discounted enough on the more popular items. I used to come here and get polo shirts for £40. Now they're discounted and still £80+. I feel as though it's not really a true outlet anymore.

You sometimes get the same discount in sales on their website throughout the year so you could save yourself the journey. The only advantage of the store is you can try things on before you buy.

It is still a nice store and if you like Ralph Lauren clothes and products then I would recommend it. Just don't expect to save mega amounts of money, you'll still have to spend a hefty amount.

There is a sale section upstairs with an even greater discount which reflects more what the old outlet prices used to be. However there's a reduced choice here, because these are the sale items of the sale items, so naturally the choice is reduced.

I visited the store last Wednesday and had an outstanding experience. Unfortunately, I lost the QR code they gave me for feedback amongst my shopping bags, but I still wanted to share my gratitude.

The shop manager and a lovely young lady (I believe her name was Hellen?) provided exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to assist me, making my visit pleasant and stress-free. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stood out.

Came in here to buy a shirt. I didn't really have time to waste looking around as it was getting late in the evening. When I asked a member of staff to point me in the right direction I was not disappointed, I get the feeling all of the staff in here are very good at what they do well done to recruitment, Rally got me exactly what I needed, an exceptional saleswoman, a taste of real customer service.

Claire served me and my partner. She was incredibly helpful, as my partner wanted to source a silk dress she saw on the front of the store window. She helped us find the dress, advised my partner on the two fits and even advised me later on three different fits on six different sizes of long sleeve shirts and never complained once. Also, she helped get 10% off as that was my first time at the store!

Great lady, will be back again just because of her.
