Gemma is truly the most talented lady. Still in awe over how she can make any dress fit like a glove even with the most intricate detail. Gemma also calmed me down and came to the rescue when my daughter had a growth spurt and the bridesmaid dress didn't fit 2 weeks before the wedding! Her solution was amazing and it made it look like the dress was always meant to be that way. Along with her fabulous talent, Gemma is just the loveliest lady, she puts you at ease and makes sure you feel comfortable for your big day. Thank you so much Gemma for being an absolute star with my alterations for my dress! I was a "lastminute.com" bride and had 2 weeks until my wedding before I'd found my dress. Gemma was able to squeeze me in to her busy schedule, and have my alterations done and ready with plenty of time to spare before the big day. Gemma was brilliant and made sure I had the precise measurements for my alterations, and she made sure I was happy with the hem shortening. Cannot rave about Gemma/Pink Couture enough. Gemma made my dress fit me an absolute dream, taking it out ever so slightly to ensure I wasn't panicking about my conscious area. We also adjusted my dress to change the back into a deep V style. On return of collecting my dress, Gemma had made these changes whilst also doing some bespoke detail on the back to add fine detail to the lace edging. I was blown away. On top of the amazing work Gemma provides with her seamstress skills, she is also the most lovely, welcoming person who isn't afraid on being honest and giving honest input to ensure you are enhancing your dress/bridal look as best as possible. Often people want to skimp and save on dress alterations but the reality is the seamstress you choose is what makes you able to wear your dream dress and in my opinion is more important than the dress you buy, so I was happy to invest in this change, however Gemma's pricing was extremely fair and affordable for the amazing service and amount of changes made to my dress. Cannot wait to wear my wedding dress next week with thanks for Gemma making it everything I wanted.

Gemma provided the alterations for my wedding dress and did an amazing job. By the time she had finished it felt like the dress had been made specifically for my body - it honestly fitted like a glove. The dress stayed in place from start to finish throughout the wedding day - even surviving a ride on the carousel!

Not only is Gemma clearly very talented but she was so friendly and easy to talk to and clearly communicated exactly what needed doing to the dress. I felt completely at ease from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Gemma.

Would highly recommend for getting dress alterations! I had my wedding dress altered! Was a relaxed environment too which helped my anxiety! I hated my dress when I first went to get it altered as it was 4 dress sizes to big but when I came back around when the alterations were complete Gemma completely brought back my smile and 'this is my dress' feeling and Gemma is an amazing hype women xx so all in all it was relaxed, professional and listened to what I wanted/any concerns.
