Excellent service. Brilliant personnel. Jo did my colour and Zoe blow dried only this time. She usually cuts my hair. I always received comments when I get back to Harrods. Highly recommend this hair salon

I'm very lucky to have a haircut here. Best salon I have ever been to. The ambiance of the place is so cozy and drinks are available. I would like to recommend Chi for being so accommodating and very professional and he knows what he's doing. He is really good in cutting hair. This is the best haircut I have since 2015. Very warm person I felt like he is my friend. He really made sure I am well taken care of. I hope to be back here soon and meet him again soon.

Fantastic experience at Paul Edmonds. I had a colour correction with Joe Savine, to blend my natural grey hair into the gingery brown ends. The ends were lightened to match my grey hair. Paul cut off a few inches, added long layers, gave me a lovely wispy fringe and styled by hair with big bouncy waves. I love my hair.

BEWARE: go somewhere else if you come for a relaxing moment and expect professionalism. USEFUL UPDATE at the end of the review.
1-Very loud music and extremely poor light, making you feel like you’re in a nightclub and hope that they see what they are doing (spoiler: they don’t).
2-They offer manicure services but they don’t even have any dedicated table for it so they just put a small cushion on the client’s knees to serve as a table the whole time so you have to stay seated an hour in a very uncomfortable position. I was seated in the middle of all the hair services so every time a blow dry was done next to me I received all the hair drier’s air in my face. They have a very poor choice of colours.
Result: the different layers of paint very visible on my nails, missing patches and bubbles in the paint (see photos attached to the review). I don’t doubt that the beautician was skilled, nobody simply could do a decent job in such conditions. I came out of the salon with a terrible first (and last) experience. I wish they’d be honest about the service you can expect from them because once you booked and are there for the appointment you can’t cancel as you’d have to pay anyway.
UPDATE: After seeing my review the salon emailed me offering a complimentary manicure and a refund if I withdrew my review. I agreed to modify my review to mention their refund as a gesture of good will but they said I needed to entirely withdraw (not modify) my review and then they’d offer me a complimentary manicure (the refund was no longer on offer). They are neither honest nor professional. Professional people will acknowledge their fault and refund you without some sort of blackmail attached to it.
There is a lovely and professional salon down the road as a much better alternative to Paul Edmonds.

I had a cut and blow dry with Teagan and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The salon is so beautiful and lends to such a luxurious experience! The staff were all so kind, offering drinks, making me feel at ease and Teagan did a very thorough consultation with me, discussed what products she would use, and why, and made recommendations for home too. She gave me a lovely cut and the most glorious bouncy blow dry that I’ve ever had! Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Tasha did an absolutely terrific job of washing and blow drying my hair ahead of my son's wedding in Battersea. She is delightful and I am very grateful to her for the time she took and for making me look so great when she is not my regular hairdresser as I live down in Hampshire. Would thoroughly recommend Tasha at Paul Edmonds if you find yourself in my position needing a terrific hairdresser when you are away from home!
