Katie was really helpful and professional. She suggested I didn't need as much cutting off as I thought and she was absolutely right! I wanted to keep the length but hadn't had my hair cut for a year (!) so was worried it was too wispy and frayed as my hair is so fine. Katie cut off half what I thought was needed and it looked absolutely perfect - beautifully thicker, perfectly blocked and altogether brilliant. Thank you Katie - looking forward to your colour expertise in January! (PS: I think I now prefer the darker chocolate brown option you showed me rather than the lighter version). My appointment was amazing. Felt cared for from the moment I stepped through the door, all the way through, cups of tea, fragrant hair products, fell asleep in the chair having my hair cut n blow dried and very delighted with the shape and style. I feel like a new woman tbh.

I always love my visits, lovely team and environment. Its such a welcoming and happy place to be. I love the range of organic products used, the way they make my hair feel is fabulous, despite always getting my hair coloured red, it never feels dried out or damaged.
