I wouldn’t even rate this salon 1 Star. I cannot put into words how disgusted I am with the treatment I have received at this salon. I originally booked in for a hair Botox Treatment with Danielle quoted @ £45. My treatment was never confirmed or explained to me, my appointment was rushed, my hair was commented on with a disgusting attitude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, at the till I was then charged £150 & told I had the Keratin Treatment instead… without my knowledge or agreement. I reluctantly paid as I was backed into a corner. Upon leaving the salon my hair was disgusting, it was falling out in my hands, dry, crusty, not even straight ! Not at all what I expect £150 to feel like. I complained to the salon manager who explained this person was self employed so she couldn’t care less & then proceeded to block me…. Professional much. I then messaged the “stylist” who argued with me back & forth, insulting my hair again, telling me I was in the wrong, that my hair was already damaged and not her problem, she also told me I should have “asked what she was doing instead of sitting there” …. no compassion or compensation just pure attitude and rudeness. I offered to pay the £45 I had originally gone there for and have the rest refunded, I have since been ignored … professional again. the images attached are my hair after I FOLLOWED her steps, after washing and straightening it is dry and coarse and no care has been taken whatsoever. I will never be returning to this salon, I’m surprised they are still running with the amount of stories I have heard since this experience. A Disgrace !!!!

Well, I bought myself a Groupon voucher for a manicure and a pedicure to try out this new place. In my opinion and experience it was a waste of time and money as it’s only been a few hours and the gel polish is already flaking out… please see the pictures. I will be going on holiday with no colours on my nails as I travel in a couple days and won’t have time to get it fixed….
The is clean and pleasant at the reception, customer services is lovely. But just not a professional job… unfortunately, won’t be coming back. There was a lot of “mistakes” that I could spot. To name a few:
Towels were not clean. There were something which appeared to be remains of eyelashes on top of the towel next to me on top of the massage bed. The towels were not clean and a bit smelly. The seating was a very uncomfortable stool and when I moved to get my pedicure the nail technician sat on the floor… didn’t gave a prepared or professional look. Also, I choose a colour and she couldn’t find it as her stuff was all over the place and not organised. I had to go with another color in the end, the colour I had to choose is a colour I wouldn’t really go for but choices is very limited there. Also, cream/moisturiser should always only be applied at the end and not before the products on the nails. I believe this might be the reason why the gel is peeling off already and it’s only been a few hours…

Today I have had my nails done by Louise. Very nice young lady, chatty until concentrating which I understood. I am very pleased with my nails, all ready for Christmas. Subtle for me as i normally go loud but I love them. Thankyou Louise.

I had a last minute nail appointment with nailed it by Louise. From the start she was so accommodating and approachable. I usually go to a lady in Manchester but needed them doing whilst I was down here. She was more than happy to work with the Biab I already had on and communicated so well what she was doing and using. I wanted to do something fun with my nails but had no idea what to do and what the price would be. Louise gave me lots of ideas and made sure it was in my budget. Had lots of laughs and chats during the appointment and the nails are better than imagined! When I'm back in Bicester she will be the first person I go to for nails. Couldn’t recommend more!

Came to Clare for a last minute leg wax before my holiday as she managed to squeeze me in same day. After chatting during the leg wax she told me all about hydra facials. I've had 3 now and already booked in for my next one. Clare is such a lovely person and the hydra facial is amazing. I leave each time with glowing soft skin a smile on my face and feeling so relaxed and pampered. Already counting down the days until my next visit, added an Indian head massage to the list of treatments for my next visit. xx

What a great service! I visited OREA for my facial. It was a great experience, loved the atmosphere and professional approach. I had an amazing and relaxing half an hour with Claire. I will be back and I would recommend this lovely place to every woman 😉
