I have been using this store as my go to fabric and haberdashery store for over 7 years now so I thought it was high time I left a review.
I have purchased both at the store itself and via the website and have found their service to be excellent. In all the time I've been ordering online I have only had 1 item be incorrect and this was resolved easily and quickly over email.
The quality of the fabrics has always been fantastic and prices are very reasonable.
I will be making another trip to the store soon for a project I have and will continue to buy in the future.
I have recommended oh sew crafty to all my crafty friends as their range is brilliant, I encourage everyone to give them a go!

If you need anything textiles, craft, fabric and everything else from materials to buttons this is the place to be. Staff are friendly, helpful and willing to get anything off a shelf that you can’t reach if you are hobbit sized :-). Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of all the merchandise is second to none. Top quality shop with top quality products and above all top quality staff. This is the place to be.

I made an order on 20/01/2025 for 3 buttons (basket total £2.55). 14 days later: still no package and they refuse to despatch another one or refund me, asking me to wait a bit longer when it's clearly been lost. I told them it was for a project for a customer which is now late. Wow, for such a low value item you'd think they'd just send it again. I guess they haven't heard of good customer service. Won't be shopping here again!

First impressions were excellent - I wanted to increase the fabric I’d ordered, and they were super helpful. However, they forgot to include one of the fabrics I’d ordered in the parcel (which itself took over a week to arrive), and it took a further week (and three emails) to get the fabric resent. The missing fabric arrived over 2 weeks after I’d originally placed the order, but it was the wrong colour. They accepted the error when I sent a photo, but wanted me to send it back before issuing a refund. Given it was around £7, it’s not worth a trip to the post office and trying to get the labels printed and paying for packaging so I’ve written it off to experience. Really disappointed as the fleece that did arrive (I ordered multiple fabrics) was lovely.

Great selection and prices. Stocks most materials/wools and accessories for crafting. Very competitive pricing. Only downside is that the location is slightly awkward to find and not particularly well signposted.

Fantastic fabric shop. I’ve never been to the physical shop (it’s definitely on my wish list) but do all my purchases online. When I’ve not been sure and asked for assistance they’ve always been more than helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Delivery is super-quick and the choice and variety is incredible! It’s virtually become the only fabric shop I use.

Wasted my time trying to order from this company. The day after I ordered I was informed via email that one of the items was out of stock - and that (even worse) I'd have to pay extra postage if I wanted it sent. Why should I have to pay postage twice? Very poor attitude to customer service, so I basically had to source the items from elsewhere. Unfortunate waste of time and not a company I'd order from again.

If you ever want to get lost in a maze of fabric, wool and needles then this is the place to come, so there I was driving on the estate and thinking "this is not going to be fun" after parking and opening the warehouse door my eyes lit up, seeing rolls and rolls of 1000's of patterns at this point my wife went one way and I went the other looking for a suitable bit of fabric for our kids.

At some point later we met up and then found a similar size area full of wool and needles, so this trip was turning out to be more of an adventure than getting a piece of fabric lol, so in a nut shell the place is massive inside with polite staff members and reasonably priced even if you don’t need to get anything this place is still worth a visit just for inspiration.
