My therapist was savannah.

She was so lovely, super chatty and easy to get on with, despite me being the r last customer at the end of the day.

She did a great job on my magnetic gel nails. I was blown away by this being a technique, thanks you for my very festive nails.

Had my hair done by Sarah today and I am in LOVE!! Never been so obsessed with my hair, she is a miracle worker! My hair was super damaged, outgrown and dry so she helped to advise me what would be best for the condition of my hair for growing it out, including products for home use. Excellent salon. The stylists are all very good, and very welcoming.
Today my family and I had Cathy, Jazmine, and Becky. Between them they covered colour, men’s, women’s, and children’s cuts. All were very professional, and really are careful to make sure that the client, and they themselves, are happy with the outcome, with care & attention to detail.
Their customer service is lovely, and they are Accessible and Inclusive.
Highly recommended.

I have an unhealthy fear of hairdressers, I made my booking on phone and the lady was lovely and understanding. Becky my stylist took time to listen to me and gave good advice on what would or wouldn’t work. Even had me chatting and relaxing, which is no mean feat. Excellent cut and finish. Walked up and down the High St just to show it off

Lovely welcoming and professional salon. After moving here I was nervous about finding a new salon, so glad I found Nirvana! Met Tilly for the first time today to discuss options for covering my grey and maintenance going forward. She listened, gave advice and was very informative. I don’t colour my hair a lot as find the whole process very daunting but the consultation has made me confident and excited about the process. Tilly also gave me all cost options going forward to ensure I had all the information to decide how I could proceed and maintain within a set budget.
