All the staff seem really nice and genuinely care about the customers getting the best service!
I was fortunate enough to get a less minute appointment and was seen by Sebastian who always makes my experience so genuinely enjoyable! Super friendly, nice and attentive. It’s rare to find someone that knows how to cut curls and puts 100% effort in which makes all the difference, so thank you again! I had my hair cut by Bella today at this salon, she has done an amazing job. I am usually reluctant to go to a new salon as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past but Bella completely put me at ease. She listened to me and was truly attentive to what I asked for. She checked in with me at each stage to make sure I was happy. I had a cut and finish and left happy and with exactly what I asked for, my hair feels lovely and I’m really pleased with it 🙂 Bella was lovely to chat to and I really felt that she understood what I wanted from the cut and delivered this. I will definitely be back.

I booked a spontaneous appointment because I needed a change and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment with the lovely Sebastian. He made me feel really comfortable and was so talented, and also very knowledgeable about my hair type (because my hair was so heavy before I didn't realise it was naturally wavy, but he did!) I booked this salon whilst I was abroad, as it continuously came up as one of the top salons in Manchester. I also could see they catered to all hair types, which was a big deal for me.

I was extremely pleased with how my hair turned out and how friendly the people were.

All the staff at Nicky Oliver very friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. Bella cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. She was so nice to chat to, and she styled my hair exactly as I asked for!

I’ve had my hair done here a few times, always fantastic, put their customers first and always feel great when leaving! I’m not good at keeping up with hair appointments and tend to go months with just tying it up, after my appointment with Bella today that’s all going to change, she really made me look and feel amazing!
