What a super service! I don’t recall hearing about this company before but I ordered patchwork fabric on line and it arrived promptly, beautifully wrapped (and sustainably - no plastic bags) and £1+ per M cheaper and less expensive shipping than my other on line option. It was also a really good match to the picture so thoroughly pleased Adding to my favourite online shops list as they stock ranges not carried by my local shop.

I made a few calls to figure out what I needed for a large t shirt quilt I’m making. There are so many choices and options and I was a bit overwhelmed with what to buy. I got directed to the right batting and even was recommended an easy to use spray adhesive for making my “quilt sandwich”. Way way easier for me than pinning for hours. Thank you. Super knowledgable and helpful, exactly why I love shopping from a small business. I’ll be ordering again.

Truly outstanding service from Gabrielle and the Morris Works team. I ordered some batting and quilt backing fabric from them, which arrived much faster than I expected and neatly wrapped. The batting was perfect, but unfortunately the colour of the fabric wasn't what I expected. I emailed to ask for an exchange, and within an hour, Gabrielle personally called me to discuss solutions. She very readily agreed to an exchange, and suggested I include a sample of the fabric I wanted to match to in my return package so she could colour match it when exchanging my order. I was stunned by this level of service and of course, the replacement arrived very quickly (with the Swatch I sent in!) and is absolutely perfect. Clearly every order is appreciated and handled with care. I don't think I can shop anywhere else now! Thank you!

I got my order today and it was lovely opening it. It was packed very nicely and there was a lovely little note inside. The batting feels really soft and has a lovely drape. Very pleased with my order and I will definitely come back for my next lot of quilting supplies. It is lovely to get that personal touch. Thank you!
