I had a disappointing experience with the hiring process at Mon Pote, which left me feeling that the management may harbor some bias. After I submitted a thorough and heartfelt cover letter via email and even dropped off a printed CV in person, I was initially told that all positions were filled. However, shortly after, I noticed a new job post on another platform. I reached out again and visited the store, hoping to connect in person. Unfortunately, the manager, who was there, chose not to meet with me, instead having staff inform me that my application would not be considered. This lack of response and courtesy felt disrespectful and left me questioning the fairness of their hiring practices.

Staff unhelpful and said they would refund my account with a gift card return I made in store, but a month later and the money still hasn’t shown up. When contacted about it there was no willingness to resolve the issue

One of my favourite shops in Bristol, beautiful items, plants and really friendly service. I recently ordered a few bits to be delivered for a friend's birthday present and the team did an amazing job. Wrapping the items beautifully and writing a lovely message in the card. I really appreciate this and so did my friend!
