My daughter had a lovely Experience it was made special by the wonderful staff and owner!!
My daughter started out wanting a tight fitted prom Dress but left with something totally opposite.. No pushy sale techniques Very friendly And no hard sell, And I was worried about that.
All I can say is you get what you pay for Tell them your Budget And they stick to it… The dresses are very good quality, Better than what we previously Had tried on And not much price difference these dresses were way superior.
Definitely Worth a visit As unique & made too feel special…..
Would also say The owner got a real buzz from seeing happy faces!!

Visited The Prom House with my daughter and it was an amazing experience for both of us.
Josie made us feel really comfortable and welcomed. My daughter marked her favourite dresses on their iPad and then got a detail explanation of how it's all gonna work.
Josie was very attentive, friendly and understanding thorought.
My daughter tried several dresses before finding the right one and Josie always helped, offered her opinion, diacussed and understood our budget, even took a great care of my daughter when she suddenly felt really dizzy and nearly passed out.
The place is spotless, very warm, welcoming, comfortable, drinks offered. Wide selection of all kinds of dresses.
It was definitely unforgettable experience for us, thank you so much Josie and Kelly, you are stars 🌟

The most fantastic prom shopping experience. We were so lucky to have an appointment with Kelly today, she took time to listen and understand what my daughter was looking for in her dream dress. Kelly choose different styles and colours allowing her to try and range of options. She found her perfect dress! Very different to any other shops we visited and would definitely recommend to others. What can I say! Absolutely wonderful. Kelly and her team are a joy, kind, patient, knowledgeable and make you feel very relaxed. My daughter was extremely overwhelmed at the idea of Prom and now she’s excited and feels like a princess 😁
A special thanks to Maisy who helped her pinpoint exactly what she wanted from a dress and added that personal touch to our visits.

What an experience from the very beginning, the star quality treatment, the endless elegance of dresses, the attentive and professional nature of the staff that can narrow down exactly what you’re looking for, friendly, fun atmosphere and above all else you made my daughter feel super confident! The boutique is luxurious, everything you’d want for saying Yes to the dress! Throughly recommended and we will be back with my younger daughter when it’s her time to choose. My daughter had a wonderful personal service when she visited to choose her prom dress. She was encouraged to try on a variety of styles & there was no pressure to buy at then end of the appointment. We had 2 favourites & booked a further appointment to return to make our final decision.

I took my daughter here to try on prom dresses. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. Kelly and her team not only made my daughter feel special but also myself and my other daughter who came for support.

The place is spotless and homely. Lots of room to change and lovely area for mums etc to sit and admire the transformation.

Erin was asked questions on what she likes, dislikes, if she is open to trying dresses she might not have thought she would like. She selected her favourites on the iPad and then the experience began.

The team are very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease.

The experience is perfect from start to finish with no pressure at all to buy. Kelly even asks you what your budget is and sticks to it. Refreshments are also offered.
