From start to finish: Amazing customer service from the store to the delivery. I ordered 12 seater dining table and super King size bed with mattress. The bed is beautiful and super comfortable to sleep on. My dining table has received so many compliments and is able to fit my very large extended family. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely buy more items for my new house.

The shop owner really looked after us, he gave us a brilliant deal and helped us through our purchase with the best advise possible.

I cannot rate the delivery men enough, they worked tirelessly to put everything together and get the super king bed and mattress into my room which was a very difficult task, but they didn’t give up. They were still here even after their shift had finished. They continued until they were satisfied that everything was done.

Dear luxe furnishings; this is a shame on you for providing worse customer service ! This is my 2nd visit today to ur store as we plan to buy a bunk bed ; um totally gobsmacked by how rude ur staff can be and the comments they made . My partner went to the store last week to make an enquiry about the bunk bed with lady in picture she knows we r there today to purchase the bed. She even recognised him . As we proceed to order the bunk bed ; this guy in the background interrupts 3 times & at one point starts fighting with the lady . They left us n fighting in the middle of the shop. While I pulled the lady to finish the purchase we went to have a conversation as we r ready to proceed with the order. He doesn’t allow her to take order at one point starts shouting with me that I’m just there to get information not to buy!!! Starts to tell me that we’re not there to be served & more on !!!! We physically made an enquiry about the bed 2 weeks ago ; went with intention to purchase the bed with lady !! But Bcz of this ill mannered guy we decided to leave Bcz no one deserves to be disrespected so badly while spending so much money on the products & to be challenged n disrespected!! This is a total shame on you guys ! U lost ur customer today .

Excellent customer service and product range. The owner was able to answer all our questions and allowed us to browse all the ranges he had to offer before we placed our order on our new sofa set.

On the day of the delivery, they arrived promptly and ensured they entered our property without damaging anything in our narrow hallway.

Highly recommend, great quality products at a very reasonable price! I loved the bedroom set up they have, already planning on our next purchase.

Social media can be very misleading, and we unfortunately fell for it. We made plans and took the time to visit this shop with the intention of making a purchase, as we had seen a couple of items we liked. While browsing, we were assisted by a female staff member who was showing us around. We had our 3-year-old child with us, who, as you can imagine for his age, is a bit lively. However, we are not the type of parents who let our child run wild. At one point, our child stepped on a rug, and the staff member abruptly told him to get off. We didn’t think much of it at the time, so we simply moved him along and continued browsing.

Being a curious 3-year-old, our child began exploring and picked up a price sign from a sofa. The staff member immediately rushed over, snatched it from his hand, and told him off in a harsh manner. At this point, I had to intervene and remind her that he is just 3 years old and question why she was behaving so aggressively. Her response was that he was damaging the sign/stock. I calmly told her that he wasn’t causing any damage, and that her attitude and behaviour towards us as customers was unacceptable. I then said that we would be leaving, as there was no point in continuing the conversation. I remarked that with such poor customer service and behaviour, she wasn’t likely to make any sales, and asked to speak to her manager. At this point, it was clear she was annoyed, and she responded by telling us that if we weren’t going to buy anything, we should leave the shop. I was shocked by her response, especially as other customers were present and could see what was happening.

I decided not to escalate the situation further and waited for the manager. I explained the incident to him, and he apologised, offering to serve us himself, but by that point, there was no way we were going back inside. I repeated my advice to him: as long as he keeps staff like her, he won’t be making many sales.

Additionally, I’d like to point out that when you visit a furniture shop and see signs saying not to sit on the sofas or beds, it’s utterly baffling. How is a customer expected to assess comfort and make an informed decision on such an expensive purchase without sitting on the furniture? Who would spend £1,500 to £2,000 on a sofa by just looking at it? It’s honestly ridiculous. I understand that some customers might leave marks or cause damage, but surely there must be a way for potential buyers to properly test the furniture before deciding.

To be clear, this review reflects my experience with that particular staff member. It is not a criticism of the manager or his business, as the situation was beyond his control. However, I feel it’s important to be honest and share my experience, as I have every right to do so.

If i had a choice I would give this place no stars at all, I brought a bed from luxe furnishings and regret it. When I had first arrived at the store I had a query about one of the beds there, when I asked the owner there the price he straight away replied ' the price will be too much for you' and that I won't be able to afford it. Who is he to say what I can or cannot afford? Anyway the guy there didn't seem bothered helping us as we had to keep chasing him around the store to ask a question he kept running away from us. I should have seen this as a red flag and not bothered purchasing anything from there but stupidly I did as I drove 2 hours there to find a bed and thought it be a waste not to get the bed we liked. That's not the only issue we had, when we got the bed delivered, the guy gave us a bed with scratch marks on and when I called the owner to inform him he goes there's nothing he can do and just hanged up and I called again and he did the same hanged up twice. After that he wouldn't answer my calls and blocked me. This is so unacceptable, the worse customer service i ever received, I get he couldn't do anything about it but why hang up my calls? He shouldn't own any business as he cant deliver proper customer service. Maybe he should change career and not work with people. I will not recommend this store as the quality not good and service is crap. I brought a expensive aloe Vera mattress from there and not been a week since I had it and already the mattress is gone one sided, he gave us a used mattress and not brand new.

I’m by double size mattress one month ago mattress qualities so bad when I’m complaining for one month after Shop owner say Can you provide me pink receipt? I’m contact with the company. I’ll let you know at £700 cost mattress so poor quality I recommend for everybody.
