Bought a Louis Vuitton bag from them in December and kept it boxed for a few weeks to give as a present to my wife .
Upon opening the parcel was an awful smell like it has been stored somewhere really musky.
I got in touch with the company and was told I was just over the return date and they couldn’t accept the bag back .
Even though in my eyes it was faulty because it can’t be used .
We have since had the bag professionally cleaned and still unable to rid it from the smell I’m sure they would have been aware of this before we purchased it .
They don’t seem to care for their customers. now we are left with an expensive smell that we are unable to sell on .
I will not be using your services again and will deter anyone else that I know

Sent items to be sold, 3 were not up to standard which I do not have an issue with. But they have then charged me £20 per item to return items. Yes I signed the form to agree to this but asked could they not box items together for a lower postage. Got told no and the reason they gave on email did not match the reason website, so I assume it’s to make the most money they can off someone. I have bought and sold items to them for years and asked for this loyalty to be returned by providing excellent customer service but obviously £40 meant more to them than my loyalty so I will be using one of their competitors from now on. Profits over customer service, shameful!!!

Used to really rate this company as a fellow scouser. Offered sensible prices for your items and payouts were always instant. However, since going on Dragon’s Den and their warehouse getting broken into, their offers have gone absolutely ridiculous and quite frankly insulting. For example, I had a brand new pair of Bottega Veneta heels, with complete packaging, selling online currently for £770 and they offered me £120. Similarly, I had a brand new Gucci purse, RRP £230 and they offered me £75. Never been so offended. If you’re looking to sell, stick to Vestiaire Collective, eBay or even Vinted - might take slightly longer to sell but you get triple what these guys offer you.

A waste of time - all AI bot responses for a start. I had read this was an option to sell designer items but the process is very time consuming and illogical. You are asked to set up an account and enter a lot of personal data including your bank details, even before you have sent in pics and description. I wouldn't waste your time.

Used Luxe several times. Recently sold four items and they have only paid for three! Several emails sent. No reply. Live chat done with a reassurance that it would be paid even though I knew something was wrong. No help whatsoever.
Good concept but please be aware, you may get paid but there is also a strong chance you will not get your money for items you have faithfully sold! (Which are now on website for sale!)
Customer care/service is non existent, very frustrating company. Unfortunately no option for zero stars.

Excellent service. I received contact within 24 hours of submitting my items for sale. A quote was sent shortly after this. I had the money transferred the same day my items were received and checked. Amazing hassle free selling. Prices were also very reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend selling to them. Very professional. I will be using their services again.
