I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Luxe Cheshire. As a business that handles high-value designer items, one would expect a high level of professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, this has been far from the case.

Over the past few months, I believe this company has been broken into and had valuable stock stolen several times. After the most recent break in, I lost all confidence in their ability to safely store my valuable handbag and decided to withdraw it from their services.

I sent an email requesting to retrieve my item, but it was ignored. I had to follow up days later, only to receive a blunt and dismissive response. When I went to the shop to collect my handbag, I was met with incredibly rude and unprofessional behaviour from a member of staff. There was no opportunity to verify that the bag handed to me was indeed mine or to check for any potential damage. The staff showed absolutely no respect or customer service.

I am appalled by the lack of communication, the poor customer service and the overall disregard for their clients' trust and valuable possessions.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or sell high-end items. They have lost my trust completely.

SCAM ALERT!!!

Never received my order. This company is SCAM! They sent me a package with a box of tea instead of the Christian Dior handbag that was advertised. They sent the package to the incorrect mailing address in hopes that I would not receive it. They refused to give me a refund but turned around and submitted an insurance claim with DHL. They are fighting me tooth and nail through my credit card company trying to block me from disputing the transaction. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! It is an e-commerce SCAM! Their goal is to commit fraud by way of DHL. The reason they mailed me tea was to have proof that a package was delivered to the billing address! Again, DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

The company can’t authenticate bags. DO NOT BUY. A company that is selling £10K plus does not have the due diligence to authenticate. Fakes have slip through AVOID at all costs! Otherwise you’ll be stung by their poor authentications team. They’ll waste your time and ask for additional photos when they have no intentions of purchasing the bags in the first place. They can’t even pick up the phone. The only company number they have is an 07 number real professionals working here

Also beware of consigning bags to this company the owner is known to be wearing their clients stock out and about on someone else’s dime. If you want an Hermes bag buy your own and don’t use the clients. Shambolic way of doing business cowboys

This is by far the worst company you can purchase Hermes or Chanel from in the UK !

Brilliant customer service. I’ve used this company for the first time last week to sell my handbag and I’m very pleased with the service. I was kept informed of the process and the bag was sold within minutes after going for sale. The funds were then transferred into my account on the pre-agreed date. I’ll be appointing Luxe Cheshire to take care of all my future sales. Thank you.

The item came wrapped looking like a 5 year old attempting arts and craft, authenticity card didn't match the item, messaged them about this and didn't get any real response, the joys of paying hundreds of pounds.
