I cannot thank Lena enough for the beautiful memories she created with the casts of myself and my fathers hands not long before he sadly passed away. She was so compassionate with her work throughout the whole journey and blessed us with everlasting keepsakes that we hold close to our hearts. The detail on the casts are amazing, and have enabled us to feel really connected to Dad. She managed to squeeze us in to her busy schedule at short notice and was very responsive throughout. Lena was fantastic from start to finish! She fit us in at short notice, was patient and enthusiastic with my two non-cooperative boys, was extremely helpful with my indecisiveness and the end product was nothing short of perfect. We had our daughters hands and feet castings done with Lena and she did not disappoint. She was so lovely and helpful from our first contact with her. She did the castings in the comforts of our own home & this was just what we needed as I was recovering from a c section. Our baby-girl was a little wriggler especially with her feet but Lena was so calm and relaxed and nothing was a problem or too much trouble for her. And the end result is just amazing and we are so pleased with the beautiful memory we now have to cherish forever. I couldn’t recommend her or her work enough.
