I cannot thank Luxe Bridal enough for everything they did for me. After buying my wedding dress from another well-known bridal shop, I had some doubts about my experience. I received a truly wonderful experience at Luxe. The shop is beautiful - and there are so many stunning dresses to choose from.

Celia was so lovely and helpful, and made us all feel very welcome. I also felt at ease and relaxed after feeling a little nervous beforehand. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and the opportunity to take my time and try different styles.

My daughter and I were both quite nervous to go looking for a Prom Dress but we need not have worried at all. Rachel at Luxe was an absolute angel from us walking in the door to my daughter saying yes to the dress.
Rachel was beyond helpful, honest and helped my daughter in her choice. She suggested dresses and colours that fit my daughters likes and at no point did we feel pressurised. We came away ecstatic in the choice my daughter had made and so so happy with Rachel's 5* customer service.

Excellent experience purchasing my daughters Prom dress from LUXE. The initial appointment was made to feel very special, the private room used to try all the dresses on is beautiful and time was of no issue. They take into account the school and remove any dresses already sold so there is no issue with my daughter wearing the same dress as someone else at her Prom. Alterations were organised and are fantastic, her dress fits perfectly. The shop itself is beautiful and the clothes are so reasonably priced. Overall I thoroughly recommend visiting LUXE.

Looking for a prom dress was just so easy with LUXE , Celia was so welcoming and helpful . She didn’t pressure us at all into buying a dress unlike another prom shop we went to .
The ambience of the shop was just so elegant and she provided an exquisite private area for my daughter to try on her prom dress . I can’t recommend luxe enough - reasonably priced , fine tuned perfection of service and an overall enjoyable experience !

What a lovely experience that was. Went with my daughter and granddaughter to look at prom dresses. The first thing was we were offered tea which was lovely, but the feeling of Luxe, the lady that attended to my granddaughter and the whole ambience was very relaxed and lovely. The dress she chose is stunning and I thank you for a pleasurable time.
