First time here after a recommendation. I was late because I got the time wrong but Jess and Lucia were brilliant they managed to work it so that I got my hair washed cut and blow dried as booked. Absolutely love my new hair colour and cut.
The whole experience at Lucia Hair Art was amazing, stress free and very professional.
I had about 5 inches cut off and some subtle layers added in, I was so nervous but Lucia put me totally at ease and really listened to what I wanted. It was suggested I have a Balayage hair colour and I’m so pleased I did it’s so natural and has given me a real sun kissed look.
I left the salon feeling amazing and have had so many compliments about my hair.

Wow! This salon is stylish and beautiful as soon as you walk in, all the staff are so accommodating and kind. I had my appointment with Jada, she was very attentive and really listened to my wants & needs - she met the task to my expectations!

Have been to Lucia hair art for years and almost had every one of their stylists do my hair it is still as welcoming and professional as ever. There arnt many places you can go and consistently get the same high standards regardless of who you have. A super team!

Lovely cut, friendly stylist. Three stars as felt awkward in the salon and as this is a rare pampering hour for me missed the little things other salons do - no coffee offered, no magazines offered, no background music - felt awkward with silences when no one was talking and didn’t want to speak to be heard by everyone - didn’t feel relaxed.
