Had some bedroom curtains and blinds made..Louise spent alot of time with me discussing the style and which fabric to use, her advice was spot on..they look brilliant..top notch service form start to finish. Louise is very helpful and advised on fabrics that would compliment our décor and rectified our curtains when I had given her the wrong dimensions you wouldn't even know. As with previous clients of this business it saddens me to write a bad review for businesses in Accrington who have it bad enough.

I took a brand new shirt in here to be altered on tuesday 16/06/2020, I asked for an alteration on the length of the shirt, it was arranged for me to collect on Thursday18/06/2020, I went to collect it on Thursday it wasn't ready & I arranged to go back the following week, I attended today, tuesday 23/06/2020, & was handed half my shirt no attention was paid to the measurements I requested & the shirt is ruined, it's that bad I can't even give it to anyone & as a "seamstress" you would think they would have an understanding of the aesthetics of anatomy & alterations, cause I am far from an expert but even I can see the alteration is far to small for a human beings anatomy. I am seriously annoyed at the state of this alteration & I have decide I will be seeking the cost of a new shirt.

I should have realised that this would occur as when I attended there was no tape measurements taken but I assumed she was a professional & she knew what she was doing, I am seriously gutted about this .

Dropped and paid for the alterations for 2 items of clothing that the owner subsequently lost. She also refused to offer the full value to me as they were “damaged” and “why should she”. I believe that a large part of her business is repairing damaged clothes and that her attitude towards me was several lacking. Would not use again.

I am very sad to have to write this review yesterday I called at this shop to possibly order a sail blind but was rudely cut off in my query for the owner to say she had to undertake an alteration for a lady with her dress and was coming back in 20mins I`m sorry to say you have turned away work for a sail blind cushions x2 roman blinds and I also want to match in curtains tiebacks and a pelmet with x8 matching cushions due to you not giving me good customer service I abruptly left your premises to go somebody else for them to have a very large order customers are your business if you don't give good customer service they will go to others I try to use my local shops but sadly will not use your self again
