We came just to have a quick look and ended up step by step doing all our curtains and a chair with them.
Alex managed to follow our brief very well. We went for different styles in different rooms and his help was invaluable. He was able to present different fabrics in different price ranges so we had plenty of choice.
After the order has been made Brain was at ours to check the exact measurements so that the curtains could be perfectly adjusted on the ends in case of small discrepancies in the height of the windows.
After everything got installed and we had some problems with the poles Brian was happy to come back several times to fix the problem.
Very reliable company and lovely people. We can only recommend.

First impressions were not good. The showroom was very cluttered and dirty and a scary looking large dog barking from inside the shop. The man who opened the door was not welcoming to the point of being rude. There are much friendlier places to go to.

A couple of days ago two designers made a trip to this establishment to source fabrics for a project. They were met by a guy who was abruptly rude and said that he didn’t deal with “tradespeople “ and slammed the door in their faces. Would recommend a dustbin over this place

From John and Alex, Customer service was exceptional! Very knowledgeable about what type of fabric to use for a project neither of them were short of time to show the most amazing range of fabrics. I am now awaiting for my samples. Highly recommended!

My husband called up and spoke at length about our requirements, then called at the end of the week to chase the quote. The guy claimed he had no recollection of the conversation and did not try to help in any way. Strange business practice. Lost our custom, but obviously this isn't something that will trouble them.

Travelled a fair distance to visit this establishment.

Once ‘Bev’ got off her backside, when I showed the type of material I was looking for, her reaction was a cross between raised eyebrows and a snarl.

After being begrudgingly shown two samples, it was recommended I try John Lewis or Fabrics Galore.

I wanted 20 metres of fabric and had a £1,000+ budget to spend.

It is this type of poor service that makes online shopping so worthwhile and justification for the retail high street closing up.

If you own this business, there is one good reason why sales may be walking out the door.

I would not return to this place if they were giving it away.
