My dress alterations were spot on and it fit perfectly, making me feel so comfortable on the day. They went above and beyond for me and my bridal party like sorting the fabric for my flower girl dress that my mum was making to perfectly match my dress and alterations on my mother in laws dress too! Their attention to detail and customer service is why I will always recommend them to anyone. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my wedding dress!

Emma and Kay were amazing! They are so kind and friendly and absolutely know their stuff! They were completely honest when giving their opinions on how to alter my dress which i really valued as afterall they are the experts. Despite experiencing some turmoil in their personal lives these ladies were utterly reliable and wonderful!

They altered my wedding dress, taking up the length, added boning and straps and made me feel like an utter princess. At the time of my first appointment I had recently lost one of my bridesmaids unexpectedly. When I shared this news with Emma she suggested that I get a piece of my friend's clothing and she could stitch a heart into my dress which was such a lovely idea. It was comforting to me on the day.

On top of this they were kind enough to come and help me get into my dress to ease the pressure from my mum and bridal party.

And their helpfulness doesn't just end there, we had a last minute growth spurt from our flower girl and they sorted her dress within 48 hours for us.

Emma & Kay were fantastic to work with throughout the process of altering my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses.
They made you feel welcome at every appointment with their friendly and caring personalties.
I was worried about how my dress would fit after finding out I would be 7 months pregnant by the time the wedding came around. After speaking with them they left me feeling reassured and worry free that they would be able to make the dress still fit and look fantastic.
I couldn’t have felt happier with my dress on the day, the alterations they had done made the dress feel perfect and comfortable like it had been made to measure. They put a lot of care and effort into the alterations ensuring that the beading/ lace/ sequins looked just as they should after altering sections making them blend in seamlessly.
They were also very accommodating with my bridesmaids dresses after there unfortunately had to be some last minute changes, they were very accommodating and took this in their stride and got everything fitting beautifully for the day.

Two very talented ladies and an absolute pleasure to work with, making the whole experience a pleasant and fun one. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting alterations doing.

LilyMaeRose Dressmakers are just the BEST!

I got married in August, and the prepared bride that I was had everything booked in advance. I had two dresses to be altered, the actual wedding dress and then a full alteration of my mums dress as an evening reception dress. My vision was brought to life of the restyling of the reception dress, and as I bought my wedding dress as a sample I had quite a few alterations that needed to be done, mainly taking in on the bodice which was not an easy task.

Everything went super smooth and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Each appointment just ended up with us chatting as they are such lovely ladies!!
