I have chosen a large price of material (fur) to be exact. When the material came it was exactly as it was described. The only problem was I had made the wrong choice.
Faced with this problem which was entirely my fault, I phoned the company and explained what I had done. They said that because of my honesty they would allow me to return it.
Because they were so nice about it I have chosen to swap the material for another rather than getting my money back.
I feel this a genuinely people friendly company, and I intend to go to them as my first choice in future.

We urgently required flame retardant black fabric for completion of a job. KBT were quick to respond and got us a roll of the required cloth out in a dedicated van next day. Not only was it a Saturday but also a bank holiday weekend. (But no problem for KBT!) Prices were excellent and speed and efficiency of service were equally outstanding. They then went the extra mile - delivery was not possible to the designated shopping centre due to protests that Saturday - so instead of just turning back as all other suppliers would do - they phoned our site contact and not only delivered the fabric to his hotel but to his hotel ROOM! - truly amazing. I would give ten stars if I could. I will definitely be placing future orders.
