Crap, My mum has been in your shop today as I asked her to take the cardigan back and get a refund (was refused) that she got for my 1 month old baby as the stich work was shocking and a button had come off within 15 min of having it on if I didnt have noticed my baby would have choked .and u guys wouldbe getting sued .will never buy from ur shop again not worth the risk to anyone who's got a baby as its a health and welfare hazard ,i wouldn't recommend it to anyone to buy from ,and they way they spoke to my mum is absolutely disgusting , because she said no when u guys said u will sew the button back on and she can collect tomorrow and i told her to just leave it as im not putting my baby at risk because u guys are incapable
of sewing a button on the propper way. And you then said to my mum to "walk away we'll feel sorry for you", ,you tried blaming us that we had pulled stiching and broken the button when it was already like that when she brought it yesterday , worst customer service ever , absolutely shocking service!!! I hope enough people see this before it happens to anyone else ,and i hope your shop gets shut down !

Called into the shop today to enquire about an alteration. The lady was chatting (non work related) on the phone and continued to do so throughout, whilst giving me very short, abrupt answers. Extremely ignorant and obviously doesn't want the work.

In answer to your reply.
It is a standard service as others have quoted me without seeing the garment, hence the £7 figure.
The thread was for another job, I clearly stated this.
I did not say that I couldn't bring them in, I told you that I didn't have the item with me and I wasn't local.

THE RUDEST shop owners I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. The shop looks great for crafters like me, thought yay, no more travelling for material to Peterborough or Grantham but not the case.
Don’t expect a “ good morning” or “hello” or “can I help you”.
I asked if they had a particular item I wanted to complete a project, the man directed me to something completely different and when I said they aren’t the colours or item I needed the women said “people shouldn’t be so fussy so take it or leave it”. That was the second time I’d been in that shop, the first time they ignored me, no hello etc but gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again but second chances were pointless ! Rude as hell, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Lied about having a certain wool in stock, I travelled 25 miles to buy it and they didn’t have it. Avoid at all cost. What a waste of my time and fuel. I have been into the shop that’s how I discovered you had got me there under your lie. I haven’t made any comments on Facebook but I do have the messages you sent me through messenger! I am entitled to give a review of the terrible service I received!
