Hate to leave a bad review but unfortunately, I haven't had the greatest experience at this salon. First time, my hair was braided too tightly and resulting in some being pulled out and second and final time attending, excessive heat was applied to my natural hair resulting in heat damage and burns to my scalp. The hairstyle was also done too tightly. Both times I left upset, uncomfortable and was forced to take my hair out shortly after which felt like a waste of money. I felt more care could have been taken with my hair especially after I spoke up about it and wasn't listened to.

My daughter had Goddess braids done today, they look absolutely amazing. Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend.

This place is great, staff are kind and caring, great atmosphere, you just feel home whether you are carribean or African. Such a great example of a stable business for the black community. They should start thinking about apprenticeship... the barber cut my hair before too and he did a great job. The hairdresser did my hair twice and again my hair looked so sleek..

I went in today to buy hair extensions for my wedding and the young girl that served me was brilliant so friendly and helpful took her time to find the right colour match for my hair I usually go Basildon to get my hair but they are not nearly anywhere as help as she was I will be get my hair from here from now on

My daughter had her hair done by the lovely lady in here. She has selective mutism and finds strangers very unnerving. The lady was so lovely with Lily. We will be coming back again very soon. Thank you

Barber cuts well,listens, if he does not understand you explain, or describe. Hair stylist, very versatile, she can do both African and European hair, with other styles like braids, twist etc. Shop is loaded with hair accessories like weaves, wigs, hair cream , shampoo, conditioner, wig caps, name it , you have it.
