Unreliable delivery times and poor customer service. Wallpaper was described as being delivered within 3-10 working days. When they clearly hadn’t received the wallpaper and I asked them to contact the supplier as day 10 approached and I had a contractor scheduled, they dismissed my concerns saying that it was still within the 10 days. Unsurprisingly, there had been a problem with the supplier and they had to re-order it on day 10. I had to rearrange my contractor as a result. Cannot be trusted if you have a set project schedule. They gave £50 compensation for the inconvenience, which considering the cost of contractors, is negligible. Wallpaper was delivered 20 days after being ordered.

I’m still waiting to hear about a refund. I had to order this urgently as I’d received faulty wallpaper and only knew halfway through my decorators putting it up. I called loads but no one answered, I sent 2 emails. A lovely lady did eventually call me back and said she’d look into it. I’ve heard nothing back.

I was looking for some wallpaper for my home, and Jane Clayton website popped up. A fantastic range of papers, and fabrics, at reasonable prices. I ordered the paper I liked, it arrived promptly and well packaged. The website had photos of the wallpapers displayed to show how it would look, which was a great help. Would use this website again to find wallpaper, and matching fabrics.

Jane Clayton takes the hard work out of looking for fabric. They bring together a diverse array of textures and colours that just excites the senses if you love fabric as I do. When you navigate their website it’s like visiting a fabric Sweet Shop. I think they are a super company.

I ordered wallpaper and fabric to match and ordered the same name of pattern and colours. I sent off for a sample of the wallpaper which looked great so I ordered both fabric and wallpaper.
The fabric was a different colour and pattern. I spoke to the manager at Jane Clayton who refused to take the fabric back. Be aware that although the colours might be described as the same , they might not be in reality!
