I booked an appointment for my locs to be retightened on the app.i turned up and the place was busy ( understandable as it was a Saturday) However Jacky informed me that what I had booked would take a long time and that they couldn’t do my hair . So I needed to reschedule. I wasn’t happy with this as I had obviously set time aside to get to the salon. No real apology. I won’t be using the services again or recommending any of my friend/ family

First time ever getting my hair braided and first time going to a salon! The staff were extremely friendly and though I didn't know what I was supposed to bring they just let me and my mom know and we sorted it out. Amazing price's too as I know some places can charge well over 200 quid, will definitely go again!

I had a great experience at the Jacky Guy Salon from start to finish. And my appointed stylist was amazing. Best hair wash I’ve had in ages and very knowledgeable about hair braiding. I was very pleased with my hair. I’d recommend this salon to anyone with no hesitation.

I had my hair relaxed hoping it would straighten and de-frizz my hair. After leaving my hair to dry naturally I got exactly what I wanted. I told Jacky I wanted my hair to be straighter and less frizzy so that I could let it dry naturally and not do any styling to it and thats exactly what I got.

It was my 1st time in Bedford & also 1st time visiting Jacky Guy's Hair Salon. I was attended to straight away which was great as this is not always the case in hair salons. Jacky was very lovely, friendly & easy to converse with. She even corrected an uneven hair cut I had from elsewhere before styling my hair & she did a wonderful job of it. I would definitely recommend Jacky Guy's & planning to book another appointment as will be visiting family in Bedford again soon. Thanks Jacky, for a wonderful service.

Walking in the salon, it felt as though it was in the wrong location. It had a London feel. There was a slight mix up in communicating what treatment I meant to be having but was sorted out by Jacky. I thought she handled the issues with professionalism and I left very happy indeed. I am looking forward to going back in a few weeks. What a lovely experience after having a poor one that damaged my hair without remorse.
