Had an appointment and was kept waiting almost 3 hours while another client's hair was finished. Eventually started my hair which looked nice enough in the end; however so much product was applied that it started flaking and had to be washed out 2 days later.

I'd sent a video of the style I wanted over WhatsApp and I explained that I wanted an alteration at the back. After this was discussed I was quoted a certain price.

Based on the amount of my time that was wasted, courtesy would demand a discount. However, when I brought out the money, I was told that she only quoted the agreed price based on the style in the video, so this should cover it, which was used as justification for charging the full amount. I ended up paying £5 more than discussed for a wasted day of leave, frustration and hair that looks fuzzy less than 2 weeks later.

Oh, and I also wasn't given the rest of the braiding hair I'd brought with me when I left the store.

We had a nice chat but I came to get my hair done, not socialise. Based on the service alone I would give zero stars if I could. Very disappointing and I won't be returning.
