A really unique hairdressing supplies shop. It was my first visit and my oh my I was I pressed with what they stock. The member of staff whom served me was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Owners and staff have always been really helpful with the many years I’ve been buying from them. When I had my own buisness I told all my students to buy there starter kits here.
I would recommend everyday with the huge range of products on offer there’s always something I can get for my clients and my own hair. Look forward to going there many more years to come. (The colourist on the crutches) 😁

Lovely staff, great advice. We have been coming here for years and love this shop. Has everything we need in stock and can order other items quickly. Shop always looks tidy and items are easy to find. Stocks some great brands including Wella, OPI & ORLY, Thank you team Bondlink

The man who stated that he is manager and the owner of the buiness even did not bother to examine the products and from his office as he was coming forward to the counter yelled that he is not going to take the items back!!!!!!!!
Then he said do you know who i am (showing off his position) and then stated that he is the owner
I am asking whoever reading this, that what different does this make to original point that i just wanted to return some products as per store's advertised rules and regulations

I bought some of the goods a few days ago and went to the store to pay them back. The director without a product review just said that he did not want to turn them back because the seal was broken, but this does not mean that he realized that the products were packed and still sealed. His attitude and behavior were totally unexpected and cruel, and I would never go back there again.

I came into store and asked a member of staff to help me find a bleach and a toner to achieve a certain colour. I was advised on certain products that did not work when at all I phoned in to enquire why I was told to get these products by him and all the lady said is sometimes they don’t work and if I wanted to I could come in and buy a new product but I was unable to get a refund even though I was advised by their staff rip off won’t be coming back again and will advise them to shop elsewhere.
