This is a fantastic place to shop! The variety of stores and products is impressive, and there’s something for everyone. However, due to its large size and how busy it can get, you might find yourself needing to ask a staff member for directions occasionally. Thankfully, the staff are generally helpful and approachable, so it's not a problem.

I especially love the food options—they’re fresh, delicious, and there’s a lot to choose from. That said, if you’re planning to enjoy a meal after shopping, be aware that the restaurant closes at 8 p.m. If you’re shopping late in the evening, you might miss out on the chance to try it, which is a bit disappointing.

Overall, this place is vibrant, well-stocked, and a joy to visit. With just a few adjustments, like extended restaurant hours or clearer navigation, it could be even better. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

Amazingly packed with people! Love the overall cleanliness and variety, do feel it's a bit on the pricier side, but for a nice weekend with the family I feel it's negligible. The one thing I do realise is the difference in the overall designs and furniture, which is very apparent if you've been to IKEA in several different countries, is that it's catered somewhat to local tastes and preferences! So IKEA, while available worldwide, might have sell the same things in your local store! So take note of that 😀

A fair example of an IKEA - Good products and prices, with a unique shopping experience.

Parking was easy at this IKEA.

The part that was not so good was the after checkout - Bistro. 5 screens available to order food/drink but only one worked. Plus, only one lift to get downstairs.

We are Ikea fans, so forgive some bias. Not a bad example, and we've been to a few. (They're often on trunk routes and the food is better and cheaper than most service stations, yes you come away with 8 things from the markethall you never intended to buy, but hey...) The only niggle with this one. If you're not a regular to it is a slightly unclear entrance and exit layout. Other than that, AOK. Meatballs were good, chips not as hot as we'd have liked, cinnamon buns awesome.

Clean and tidy store, plenty of choices, well stocked and good staff availability.

The restaurant was good, decent choice of meals such as salmon, meatballs and loads more and all at a decent price, cheaper than most places I’ve been and good quality too!

A year ago I bought a matress £759, is not good for me. I change it now for a cheap one and hope much better and they should bring new matress and pick up old one instead of this they bring 2 matress and did not pick up old one. I refuse one and I call them and they said they will pick up old one next day. Next day they did not come but send msg that pick up would be 6 days latter, 6 day latter they bring another matres but not intention about pick up.
Old matress ocupy a lot of place and it s been a week since. I lost 2 days and change my plans for pick up and delivery and still wait someone to pick up old matress and receive difference of money in my account as previous matress was £759 and new one is £350. I am so affected about this poor customer services.

I really enjoy visiting IKEA regularly as it gives me new ideas after each visit. Great customer service, though sometimes short of staff, which can make it hard to reach someone in case of having inquiries regarding an item. Very organized with a great selection of different departments. My child loves the kids' meal and the play area at the restaurant. You get 45 minutes of free child care, which is amazing as it allows you to do your shopping while your child is enjoying himself or herself.

Absolutely loved this store. Clean and so tidy. You can find anything you want and things you didn't think you needed.
It's a pity there isn't an IKEA near to where I live or I would spend alot of time and money there.
The toilets were immaculately clean, and to top it off, there's a spray inside every toilet cubicle so we can sanitize the toilet seat before using it... marvellous.
