I had my haircut by Iain so it could be donated to Little Princess Trust. I find it hard getting my haircut ever since my mum passed as we used to do it together. I felt at total easy today though as Iain is so friendly and attentive to what you want. Iain made sure to cut the hair properly so it could be accepted as a donation and I'm so pleased with the result. I would highly recommend!

Rock on Iain!!

I usually do my own hair because I struggle to find a hairdresser who can accommodate my alternative style.
I booked my appointment based on recommendation, and I must say, I was not disappointed.
Iain took time to understand my style and gave me plenty of time to explain what I wanted from the haircut. He gave me plenty of opportunities to tell him if I wanted anything changed and how I felt on each section during the haircut, and was very open to any suggestions I made.
Over all, I think this is the best haircut I've ever had and I will 100% be going back to Iain for my hair in the future.

I come down from Scotland so I can keep having my hair done here!! Sam Harding has cut my hair for years. I have tried to be disloyal and go elsewhere but no one cuts my hair like Sam. And so I keep coming back! Professional and imaginative- he never stops working to give me the perfect cut. And I am pretty demanding! 😊 Best salon

My teenage daughter really enjoyed her experience today at Idlewild. We both appreciated the atmosphere of the place from the moment we walked in - the perfect mix of welcoming homeliness and luxury. Kirsty looked after her beautifully - making sure she understood exactly what she wanted and taking her time over the wash, cut and blow dry, which was more of a styling session than just a blow dry! The final haircut she produced was brilliant - like something from a magazine - an extremely happy young client left the salon! Thank you!

Yet another lovely hair cut from Andrew. I've been coming to Idlewild for years now as I don't trust anyone else to cut my hair just as I like it.
