Where do I start
Sent my coat over to sell, arrived one day, asked what would be time frame, they said within 48 hours I’d get a valuation. After 56 hour I chased up, they said they’ve been busy and will get to it next day, day after comes and no reply, called a couple times, no call back.

This is when I come across the bad google reviews, all saying they’ve done the same and even worse. So I sent a text threatening court action. I get a reply saying my item is a fake, even though I bought direct from Fendi with a full receipt and they would not be buying due to being a fake, they also said they would sent a list of concerns about the item, didn’t receive this.

They sent my item back and was sold to a reseller, the authentication passed straight away.

All id advise, if you value your time and money, DO NOT DEAL WITH HUSHLUXE.

I was sold a fake bag and since February I’ve been trying to get my refund of £4,000. I’ve had numerous false promises given by the owner and as a result had to spend time and money taking police and court action because of this shocking excuse for a company that continue to run and sell “designer” items daily. I work hard for my money and the fact that a company can leave me significantly out of pocket and run like this is a disgrace. Think twice before you part with your hard earnt money as I’ve had 6 people report the same issues so unfortunately this business is not one I would consider buying from. If you resell designer items it’s your job to be absolutely certain the items are genuine, have items properly authenticated and you need to have more than a couple pounds in your bank account to fund unforcean business expenses like this one..Claiming to Sell an authentic item and it failing ( which I believe the company knew ) is one issue, but then having the audacity to treat your customers or people like this.. false promises, lies, misleading, lack of communication, and no refund even when sending the item BACK months ago is another level. They should be out of business, and given the police response I’ve had it’s looking likely it will be going this way. Do not sell to them as you will have to chase being paid and do not purchase from them, as it’s likely it won’t be authentic and then you’ll be left in my predicament, with no item and theft of your money, it’s not worth it.

Since sending back my item on the 18th of September I am still yet to receive a refund, despite chasing numerous times and being told that the refund will be completed. I have been contacting them via Instagram weekly chasing where I was getting responses to say it will be sorted out that day, however I have chased again today after being told I would receive refund yesterday and now they are not responding. I am still waiting for £150, do not buy from this company! Since requesting the refund, the company policy has changed to no refunds as they clearly aren’t capable of doing these, however I was assured that since I had sent back for a refund while this was still an option I would receive mine, but I have not!! Stay away, not worth the hassle!
