Had a lovely curly blow dry with Skye and she was so nice and friendly and did an amazing job. The seats at the basin recline and it was so enjoyable . All staff were very helpful

I had my hair styled by Jayson for my prom, he was lovely, chatty and welcoming would definitely recommend. certainly knows his craft, was very quick couldn’t be happier with the end result gave expert tips on how to keep it in tact all night! would highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon!

I came in for a blow out for extensions and at first the service was lovely but once the blow out began I noticed my k tip extensions started to be ripped out. I was concerned as this has never happened and at the rate at which they were removed. The blow out itself was great if I hadn’t left with 20 of my extensions in my hand and advised to find a stylist to refit them (of course at a separate cost in a different business) Since then i’ve been scouring the internet for a salon that does offer this method of extensions and quickly realised they’re not available in the uk. I have multiple issues with this
1. I’m now left with no ability to refit these bonds as no one offers this method
2. I would have to pay around £100 to £200 at the least for this damage (my original installation out of the uk was £700)
3. I would need to instead get a different method of installation which most salons are only willing to do as a full service (full head as they’re quite long) This costs significantly more than a simple refitting
4. My hair though it looks great is now uneven
5. Stylist claimed it was probably the tension, which i’m just confused why she would continue a harsh method in that case
It seems i’m at a loss either way and i’m just appalled at the way this was handled. Had I known at the beginning I would have requested to end the service. Really wanted to give a good review as the blow out itself was great and the stylist was kind but unfortunately i’ve now got to pay for this damage

My original hairdresser at another place cancelled 20 minutes before I went in and I had a photo shoot that afternoon. House of vanity squeezed me in on a busy Saturday and I had 2 ladies working on my hair to get me in and out in 45 min and I am so grateful they did a great job and I will rebook here in the future because of the service and kindness

I come here religiously every week to get my hair washed I used to have a drive to Liverpool as I’m so fussy but the team at house it Vanity are by far the best at blow dries in Manchester!!! .. the staff are always so welcoming an always go out their way to accommodate me which I’m really grateful! Wouldn’t go anywhere else… highly recommend xx
