Two stars due to booking an appointment at this salon that i have never used before.

The salon looks lovely, however my appointment was at 2 (cut and blow dry) and i wasn’t made aware they was running late. After nearly 20minutes of waiting i then asked what time will my appointment start as i needed to be leaving for 3:30 and a cut and blow dry wouldn’t take more than 1hr&1/2 the lady said it will be another 15 minutes so i left without my hair being done.

I understand you cant always stick to the times, however it would of been appreciated if i was told when i walked in, i arrived before my appointment so the update would of been nice so i wasn’t sat waiting to then decided I’m wasting my time.

I went to the salon Saturday 15th for the 1st time I had my roots coloured I am so impressed with my colour and Abigail is such a lovely person made me feel so at ease she is very professional lady I was even made a coffee whilst I had to wait 5 mins. My next appointment is in a month and I am already looking forward to this as Abigail is actually going to help me with my other requests and I can’t wait . I definitely recommend this hairdressers.
