Absolutely oustanding customer service - I made an enquiry for a bracket that I was unable to order online. Being New Year's the following day they were unable to sort immediately however I was telephoned and informed, the product was reserved for me and they called back as soon as they reopened to arrange everything. All for a minor bracket costing £19.99!
Amazing personal customer service that I find rare these days - bravo HBH Woolacotts, you have excellent staff 🙂

Excellent service and advice - Sam was kind and polite and had good product knowledge. Ordering was quick and simple in store and he even offered free delivery. A much more personal service than the big chain stores that was very much appreciated.

Local shop with high quality service, good quality products for sale, no tat. Good prices and people who know about the products they are selling. Been using them for years, long may it continue. TVs, hifi, radios domestic appliances bought always been very happy with every aspect of sale from start to finish.

We found the ovens we were after at a great price. The company do not deliver outside their area but as we were staying at a cottage in Cornwall they delivered to us free of charge. Kieran was excellent, dealt with our queries, order and after sales in an efficient manner. The delivery chaps were friendly and efficient too. I'd definitely use this company again and will be recommending them to friends who live in or visiting Cornwall.

This store was an absolute gem of a find. Friendly and super efficient customer service. Competitive prices.
Excellent no fuss delivery, installation of new washing machine and removal of the old appliance.
An exceptionally good shopping experience. Rare these days to find this.
