Big shop with good selection and the bdsm bit is very decently stock. I bought some restraint for me and spank pad for whoever would have been my lucky partner that night. Bought some sexy outfit and holds up stockings to secure a catch that night at the club…and I did!!! To be honest the restrain weren’t great: I would have been able to free my self if I wanted to but the spanking pad…that was a terrible (wonderful) painful one…but as I always say: I am not made in glass….

Stumbled across this store and ventured inside and so glad we did. We were approached by a lovely lady who was really easy to talk to and explain things. Myself and my girlfriend were able to talk to the staff very easily and went on to buy some evening wear which wasn't what we were looking for. It was a great purchase and good quality. I find any of the negative reviews very hard to believe. I have shopped here quite a lot, always easily. Today I had to return a faulty product (Doxy - grrr) which was beyond Harmony's 6 month returns policy, and Deleasha (sp?) was incredibly helpful and allowed me to return it for a store credit. She was charming, capable, and very helpful! I highly regard and recommend Harmony as a result of my experience today

On my first visit, I had an issue with bad customer service and was sold a toy (in a rush) that wasn't fit for purpose. I contacted customer service, explained the situation and was issued a credit note. I popped back into store and received the BEST service from all of the staff and then from the owner, Jamie. I couldn't be more grateful for the amount of care and understanding taken by the staff. Along with it being a family owned business, Harmony is the only adult company I'll be buying from going forward. Thank you!

Staff are lovely there when you need them but they don't hover, shop has a very 'up-market' feel but the prices are reasonable and all the things we bought were good quality. Huge selection of stuff to choose from so great if you want something but you don't know what it is yet! Wide selection for different tastes as well not just a lot of one thing.
Look forward to returning next time we're in town.

Great selection that caters for every taste. Came in with my girlfriend and the staff were extremely helpful taking their time to really educate us on the items and we left extremely happy with what we purchased. Would highly recommend this store to anyone no matter what your preferences are.
