The manager of this place is unprofessional and rude — answered my call and left me hanging while serving someone else, so I would hear whatever is going on in the background. He spoke to me in a nonchalant manner, dismissing my statements left and right. I was originally served by Leone who was great, but upon asking if I can return the item as it wasn’t quite what I was looking for, she said I could if it’s unused and I keep my receipt. I come back to be served by two other people denying me a refund who tell me come back to speak to manager during a weekday before 6. So before the manager gets Leone in trouble, remember it’s not her fault if she’s new — it’s your job to give her proper training, she needs support. Yes, she misinformed me, yes your receipts states no refunds, but I made my decision to pay you money based on the information I was given in the moment as a first time shopper, and I was misinformed due to the managements poor organisation. I will keep escalating this as now you have certainly made your reputation worse by acting unprofessional and speaking to me on the phone as if I am his “friend”. I hope higher management does read this, as if I was told “there’s nothing wrong with the item so I won’t refund you” — that means there is a possibility, there’s always an exception, you simply choose not to. Store credit or exchange is not something that interests me as I was specifically told a REFUND was possible. Won’t shop here anymore, as the experience completely tarnished my view on the company.

I wish i could give this 0 starts if i could. A lady that wears glasses works here and the customer service was awful. The attitude was terrible and I am 25 years old and I got asked for Id by her. I didn’t have a problem with that however her tone of voice was not it. I asked her a question regarding something and the first thing she asked me was about ID. Let alone answering my question! Even then she didn’t bother to answer my question and was giving such bad looks the entire time. If you go to this store please don’t waste your time with her. Regardless of that i was quite happy with my purchase. The staff are just very rude.

Popped in to find a g-spot vibrator and the senior sales assistant was very rude and undermining. Would definitely not be popping in to this store again. Steer clear if you want decent service and advice on products.
