I was pleased when I won a facial and decided to book a full hot stone and bamboo massage at the same time.

The facial targeted areas around my eyes which I had requested, to smooth expression lines and lighten under my eyes. The difference was noticeable after one treatment.

The hot stone and bamboo massage was long over due. Cinzia released all the knots and tension and can gladly say, I slept very well that evening.

My overall experience with Cinza is second to none. I have had a lot of massages with various companies, but no one beats Cinzia - she's the Best!! She takes her time whilst incorporating healing.

I had a Caci non surgical face lifting combined with oxygen therapy and microdermabrasion with Cinzia. Fantastic! I ordered 4 perfumes online without checking the reviews- BIG MISTAKE! I received 3 out of 4 of my perfumes (the most expensive one was missing- costs £36.99). I never received an email/phone call to inform me that the item was out of stock. I then emailed this woman Cinzia asking about my order, she casually replied saying she did not have my details to contact me and let me know the item was out of stock (I paid through paypal- she has my email address). She then suggested a solution which was 3 smaller bottles of any perfume- that amounted to less than the price of the perfume missing and less quantity of it! How was that a deal for me I have no idea! Then I told her I'd be happy to receive 4 bottles of the same perfume (which was fair- same price and 0.1ml more 'for the inconvenience') or to issue a refund. She then took ages to 'see if items were in stock' as she 'had no time to do this'. Mind you- I WAS THE ONE CONSTANTLY CHASING THIS UP from the beginning and it would take me emailing her twice before getting a response. The response was always as if she didn't care- unbothered; unprofessional tone and email format used. Then I had enough and just told her to issue a refund ASAP. She then emailed saying she had the bottles, I told her again I didn't want her services any longer and wanted a refund. She agreed. 5 more days went by and no refund issued. I then found the number on the Web and called her. Cinzia then started making excuses that she is the only one running her business and she has no time to do anything, she tried to be apologetic but did not take any responsibility for her unprofessionalism, and lack of customer care skills. Then she said she will issue a refund ASAP and will send some samples for the inconvenience. At that point I decided that I'll give her 3 stars instead of 1, at least she was trying to be nice. I received a refund the next day and an email from her saying that she found more of the perfume I ordered but did not receive and that she was thinking of me Like what Another 5 days go by- I then, out of curiosity, email her asking if she sent the samples as promised. I never received a response nor I never received the samples. 🤣 The moral of the story is STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN and her services!!!

Had a lovely hot stone massage! Cinzia gave me a full on treatment that sorted out all my back problems and even got her assistant to give me a leg massage.

Definitely would recommend going for any sort of back issues, Cinzia sorted me out. I also went for a facial the next day, she knew everything that I needed to have done with my skin which was great.

I have to say Cinzia is the best massage therapist and I have tried many - especially when out of London or nearer where I live and I am always disappointed. Cinzia has healing hands that can work my tough knots! She also has performed some holistic therapy and really helped heal a long time pain I was suffering from.
