First visited HGS last September having been in hair for years, so thought I would leave it a while before writing a review. From first appointment with Lisa & Debbie, I was made to feel totally at ease, and over the last 6 months or so, I have had my hair cut with 4 different stylists, Debbie, Lisa, James and Michelle, and each one of the them has their own different way of cutting and styling depending on my preference for that cut.The whole salon is laid back with a bit of music on in the background and genuine friendly chat and banter. I so regret not coming years ago.

Absolutely wonderful company and staff. Never had any issues, and Lisa has always been more than extremely helpful. In one case she went above and beyond what I expected and switched around an appointment and did it herself when I was in need of a new system. As well as Lisa other members of staff who I have had appointments with since I came 3 years ago include Lauren, Debbie, Michelle, Tina and James and all have been exceptional at what they do.

I can't compliment them enough, and would recommend anyone who is thinking of getting some new hair to go here and see Lisa and her team and you will not be disappointed!

I have been a customer for 1 year now and will say that I'm so glad I decided to do it. The team are great. The service is a caring, professional and a discreet one. The team are so approachable and have a great sense of humour..The proprietor - Lisa- did my last refit and I wasn't in the best of places personally & emotionally and you know what, after a few hours, I felt much better. She took the time to listen and care.She made a terrific job by the way. The care and attention was sublime!

If you have any concerns about your hair, then don't delay! You will not regret it and it will give you an enormous confidence boost and could possibly change your life!

Lisa and the team have been fantastic from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable from the consultation to the fitting!! I can’t recommend the H.G.S to anybody enough.
