When I was planning my wedding last year, I automatically knew who I wanted to do my hair. Steph was highly recommended from my previous hairdresser who is no longer in the business. I reached out and even though she was on maternity leave, she responded promptly and explained the process.

I booked hair Fyx to do my hair trial, my bridal hair, my mums hair and 2 of my bridesmaids. She did not disappoint. I felt like a million dollars throughout the whole day. My mum and bridal party said they also felt amazing.

I can’t thank Steph enough for everything she did to make my day amazing. She even sent me the photos she took of the day so I had some before my professional photos came through.

My daughters first time. Shar was prompt in responding to my initial whatsapp enquiries. Booking online was straight forward and appointment confirmation and reminders received via email/text. My daughter had a wash, treatment blow dry & trim. Treatment improved her hair texture which has been damaged by home bleaching/colouring. Although not cheap, it was worth it. The salon was clean, modern & bright. I'd happily take my daughter back again & I'd recommend this this salon to others. Thanks

Having had great service from hairfyx in the past, I was so happy when I found out they also have a bridal service. Stephanie was professional, timely, friendly and so so organised which was needed for a stressful wedding day. She did my hair, my mothers and 5 bridesmaids hair all perfectly, and even had time to spare. They all had different hair textures and were so happy with the service! I cannot recommend Hairfyx enough.

Just wanted to drop some feedback as its been a week since the appt.

Hospitality wise, you make a great cup of tea too 😉lol and biscuits to go with it were a lovely gesture.

Hairfyx was recommended as the best place to resolve a hair crisis. Steph has been amazing from the very first visit and safe to say I no longer have a hair crisis. The team are polite, friendly and welcoming on every visit. The automated reminders is great if you do forget that you have a booking due and the expert advise on how to maintain the hair between trips has been very valuable.
