Ordered on line. No confirmation. After a week tried chasing order. Emailed no response. Rang every one of there shops landlines, no one picked up.
Rang mobile for brighton shop, where a very rude person said they would ring warehouse about my order and ring me back in 2 minutes. Never did! 90 minutes later I Rang again to be told they would cancel my order.

No refund has been issued!!

I asked the man behind the counter if they sell stitch markers for knitting and crochet. At first he showed me a selection of pens! I explained what a stitch marker is, and showed him some pictures. He then showed me a seam ripper and told me it would do the same thing! Useless. There are hundreds of knowledgeable people out there who would love a job in a haberdashery; why employ people who don't know anything?

I specifically went out to visit this store so I could support a local business instead of Amazon or Hobbycraft, but it ended up feeling like a frustrating, wasted journey.

I brought my garments for alterations and they ruined it NO customer service what so ever. The manager is a very very rude man and he body shamed me I advice everyone to AVOID this place at any cost. It was a very distressing and upsetting experience. If I could give ZERO starts I would have done that.

Wonderful friendly shop with a great range of fabrics. I real gem in Brighton particularly this is now the only fabric shop on Western Road. I was served by a man who was very helpful, patient, professional and friendly who helped me to choose a fabric and the right amount for my project.
