Had a full set of acrylic nails done 10 days ago, had to go back as one fell off after 4 days, it was fixed at no extra cost, however another one fell off again, i went into the shop and was told to make an appointment as they were busy...the shop was empty!!! Stay well away!!
I would have paid for the fix btw...i get my nails and toes done every 3 weeks, i was trying out a new place, i guess its their loss.

I met Aman when she worked in Canvey Island and she gave me the best massage I have ever had. She is now working in Grace beauty parlour in Basildon and I have come to Basildon to find her and she gave me another great massage. She deserves 4 stars.

DO NOT use this hairdressers!!! The £15 child any cut was a lie! What they don't tell you is that it's an extra £30 for wash and dry! We asked for a few inches to be cut and long layers added, instead she cut at least 8 inches off (hair was down to my daughter's knees, now it's just below waist!) the layers were Not layers but uneven steps chopped anywhere. I didn't notice how bad it was till we was away from the shop as I was too shocked that they tried to charge £45 for a child's cut!! My daughter was so upset with the length of her hair cut off (and general experience!) we ended up taking her to Rush in eastgate, the manager took one look at the state of it and made my daughter sit so she could try and make it look better! The staff at Rush was genuinely shocked by the state of it!! It's still not perfect (Rush did their best,) and will take time to get it back to a nice length/style. From now on we will be using Rush!!

Had a full set of 'acrylics' but they used dipping powder. The finish was perfect and very professionally done. Ladies are all really friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back!

Do not come for a haircut! Drawn in by the cheap offer of a £15 any style children's haircut we asked for my daughter's long hair (down to her thighs) to have a small trim of split ends and some long layers added. They completely butchered my daughter's hair, we were left with uneven random steps of length and the hair cut all the way to her middle back. My daughter was absolutely devastated to lose her long hair but thankfully never saw just how bad the haircut was as we immediately took her to Rush who spent about an hour fixing the atrocious mess it was left in. I cannot warn you enough to never get your hair cut from here.
