I recently had two visits to the salon with the lovely Michaela. One was for a wash, cut and blow dry and the other for balayage and I love the results from both appointments. Michaela was lovely, warm and welcoming and really took the time to ask what I wanted doing with my hair. The two girls who washed and rinsed my hair on both appointments were also really lovely and friendly. I look forward to visiting again in the new year.

Lovely hairdressers! While I waited for my slot, they gave me a cup of tea, and before having my hair washed and cut, they gave me an oil head and shoulder massage! I was continually asked if it hurt when they brushed my hair, which was sweet, even though it didn’t hurt at all. My hair was cut very well, and although it was pretty expensive, it was very worth it. I will definitely be back!

So Amy at fresh was looking for a model for a Bob haircut I was a bit worried as my have was very long but I took the plunge

Any was amazing made me feel at ease and confident my hair looks stunning i feel happy and confident she gone ab excellent job will definitely recommend her to my friends and family I can't stop touching and looking at my new hair gibe them a visit you won't be disappointed

Appointment made for my son a Sunday 10:30am. It’s a very rainy morning and the village was packed with parked cars difficult to found a spot for parking. Arrived at 10:37 and was turned down by two very rude blonde ladies at the reception- the older lady kept saying I’m too late and she only got 15 mins now because this appointment only for 30 mins which I never been told. And she asked me if my son want a FULL CUT What does that supposed to mean you are going to stop as soon as the clock hits 11am? I never know that 7 mins late is not acceptable by any business in service industry, there is always a grace period. They can’t manage the time why you book so many appointments back to back and no reminder for customers whatsoever. They do not care and no apologies - the attitude were so arrogant and disgusting. I’m so shocked. It completely ruined our Sunday morning schedule. Such a waste of time.

Will never visit this place again! Be really careful with this place and these two ladies. Only if I could give zero star.

I've always had a great service here. Great haircut and colour. ...until today. Phoned in the morning to confirm my appointment. Got there to be told, they didn't have the colour for my hair! So couldn't do it. Complete waste of my time. Complete oversight and monumental cockup I'm afraid, which really didn't need to happen. Such a shame. But I won't be going there again.
