I had a wonderful experience at this salon! They were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to bring my toddler to my appointment, which made things so much easier. When I had to cancel last minute, they were very understanding and even managed to reschedule me for a later appointment without any hassle.

The staff is amazing, and Poppy, in particular, is extremely talented. She did an incredible job with my hair, and her friendly and professional attitude made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this salon for their flexibility, understanding, and expertise!

I’ve never really felt comfortable at hairdressers until I walked in here! I previously messaged the owner to see if they could help with my hair which was in a bit of a mess! Right from talking to going in for my consultation I felt so comfortable.All the staff are lovely! Beth is fantastic at her job, I don’t think I’d go anywhere else now!! It’s took me years to find someone who listens to what I want. So friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend this salon to everyone! Thank you so much!

First visit to the salon today for a cut and colour. Billy has done an amazing job and I've already booked my next 2 appointments. Tracey is great and made sure my first booking was right. The salon is lovely, the coffee was good and all the other stylists are welcoming and friendly too. Can't wait to return!

I've never felt comfortable in any hair salon until I walked into French and Ivi. It's such a familiar atmosphere and everyone is so lovely. Poppy makes you feel instantly welcome and listens to any wishes amd concernes. She always talks you through the process and the results are amazing evry time! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.
