This shop gets the no.1 spot for my worst online purchase. Trust me, if you dont receive your items it's because they were never sent. Emails have been ignored, a claim has been opened, trading standards have been notified and we're still without our items, have a false tracking number and now have the additional hassle of trying to get money returned. Absolute shambles, avoid. *If anyone bothers to read this at FT or BMS know you caused alot of upset for a young man excited about joining cadets..

Ordered a cadet kit. Stated sizes required. Kit arrived in varying sizes. Returned items the following day. Emailed to explain as no one answers the phone ever. Letter included in package. Sent tracked. Proof of completed return yet still no refund and no communication. This company owes us £127.

When ordering the goods, I received a message that the goods would be delivered on September 23, after that no one got in touch and the goods were not delivered! The carrier company says that the goods have not been received, the company's managers avoid communication all week, do not answer calls and emails! This behavior indicates a low quality of service and a disregard for the attitude of employees towards the client. I would recommend looking for another supplier.

I ask you to refuse cooperation with this company, this is an absolutely false and non-fulfilling company. For two weeks the company is not able to send the form, they also avoid all communication by phone or the Internet, and after two weeks they admitted that there were not all sizes, but the money was not returned. An appeal to the relevant authorities will be sent in the coming days. I rate their work the lowest and ask you to do the same.

"Soldierselect", or FieldTextilesLtd removed my bad review from their Ebay site by abusing the Ebay report function. So I'm warning potential customers here.

Ordered from their Ebay shop. Item arrived damage with a hole even though it's a Grade1 listing. I start a return on Ebay. Seller is very responsive, telling me that I just need to cancel the return and they'll send out a new one. I later discovered this was just an attempt to get YOU to close the case - once you cancel the return buyers can no longer see resolution options (The idea is that YOU initiated the cancellation, thus the seller is not obliged to do anything further).

FieldTextiles blatantly lied on Ebay to guilt trip me into cancelling the return. On 5th January, this company sent a message on the Ebay messaging system telling me that Ebay had forced their hand to issue a refund. This company had good reviews, and they seemed friendly. So out of fairness and kindness I cancelled the return. I then asked them where the refund was, since Ebay had apparently 'stepped in'. They refused to reply after. Suspicious, I called Ebay the next day and guess what? Ebay tells me that they DID NOT force a refund. It was a blatant lie from FieldTextiles, documented on the Ebay message system. I have already made a report to Ebay, and so has the Ebay representative.

I don't take kindly to being scammed like this. Contacted Ebay and the representative told me this is a common trick by dodgy sellers - promising a replacement once you cancel the return. But once you cancel a return the seller does not have to reply to you anymore. And from the customer's perspective, it seems like you have no other option. The button to initiate a return on your purchase history disappears. I'm not so easily cheated. I called Ebay and they saw the entire message history and the blatant lie, and the case was ruled in my favour within 5 minutes.

To all customers who have been cheated by this seller on Ebay, ask Ebay to step in. Report this company.

purchased 2 pairs of shoes and one pair is ripped torn and not usable, after sending them 5 emails nothing, do not spend your hard earned cash with these low lifes, I think its a disgrace that they are selling kit worn by our modern day hero's who wore it with pride,, me included.

I ordered a small item which I am yet to receive, the ladies on the phone seem helpful and promise to get my order out to me on the 5 occasions I have spoken with them yet I still have no order. PayPal dispute in to get refund as clearly doesn't look like i'll get my order . This so easily could be a 4 or 5 star review however as another order which I placed a few days after my first came within a week and are well worth what I paid.

Very fair prices, quick shipping and good stock levels. All the Grade 1 kit I have ordered has been almost 'super grade'. Recommended if you want a no nonsense kit with a no frills shopping experience. Used Field Textiles for years... go to shop for outdoors kit.

Avoid !! They trade under various platforms such as ebay and own retail site BM Supplies, Avoid !!! as other reviews state. Placed a single jacket order. Chased it after Seven days. Promised it would be sent out. The reason given was because it was such a small order it had been missed. Would be picked that afternoon and dispatched..... guess what it was not. I chased again apologies, apologies, apologies and more apologies. Asked for a refund was told straight away and guess what still waiting !!!! Please avoid.
