Ordered once years ago and received a lovely dress. Ordered again and received a dress that was made very uneven, returned it, they received it but I didn't receive a refund. After some blanket emails and being dismissed still nothing. NOT WORTH IT.

DO NOT USE! I ordered from them and received items from Pretty Little Thing but they put a higher mark up on items! I also purchased next day delivery but didn’t get the item till 2 days after!

I contacted them and was told if this wasn’t up to my standards to return the items, I did to then be told I am not getting a refund. So I am out of money and do not have any goods.

(Officially in touch with trading standards & citizens advice) wouldn’t even give this company 1 star, absolutely awful do not use.

Scammers!! Thieves!! (Officially in touch with trading standards & citizens advice)

Ordered 4 dresses to arrive with next day delivery. Order was 4 days late.
When the parcel finally arrived I had only received 2/4 dresses.
I emailed them twice as this is the only way to contact them.
After receiving no reply after 1 week to my first email, I sent another email, again no reply (after another week had gone by) so I took to instagram and messaged them on there.
They replied straight away saying my case is assigned to be picked up by an agent via email and that I should just wait.
After another 5 days I finally get a reply and I was told that all 4 dresses weee checked out of the warehouse and that upon delivery my parcel was intact (photo was attached from what the courier had taken) so they weren’t going to issue a refund.
I think this is absolutely atrocious and very bad customer service as I had ordered 4 dresses and only received 2.

Dear Kayleigh,

I have never had an issue like this with any other online stores (pretty little thing, boohoo, etc). The customer experience I have had is appalling.

I was excited as I follow your Instagram content and the clothes look great. However, once I recover the clothing items, I realised how low quality there is. Hence the large return, I also placed the order hoping to get next day delivery. However, due to your slow system. I had to wait an extra day. I am not happy. And I need my money back because this is unfair.

I returned the items. I have proof of shipping. I will be contacting my bank if this issue is not resolved. From your recent reviews. I am not the only customer who has experienced this. Showing that there is an issue with your system.

Disappointed customer , never buying from here again !!!

Don’t buy anything from here - shocking

Terrible supplier. Parcel came minus one dress, then tried to charge me for it, and then took over three months to refund. Cost me 8.99 to send the returns back as the label wasn’t accepted at the post office.and they wouldn’t refund it.

Complained, no reply, then took our a case with PayPal who sorted it out but still not a full refund

Made my first order with them last week, over £100. I was really excited about my order. When i opened my parcel One item was missing and one item damaged. I have been accused of lying for not receiving an item and when asked for a replacement for the damage in a different size as they are slightly too big , i was told that isnt an option. Shocking customer service and very disappointing quality. Will not be ordering again the customer service needs a serious looking at.

I sent my items back due to them not fitting. I paid a total of £40 .... My refund was then confirmed near to 14 days after sending it back. Then I was emailed a refund of not the exact amount. They had taken off £6.49! With no reason as to why. I’ve never ordered from a company and not received less than what I purchased back. It’s absolutely appalling and I’ve basically been scammed out of £6.49. I would never ever recommend them to anyone! Disgusting!

Never bought so bad quality clothes before. They do not match description to photos. I would not write review if they not harassing me with adverts. Honestly what’s wrong with that company. I wrote many times asking to stop send me text messages which i can’t even block. Now they start email me. I told them how bad quality clothes are and i will never want to buy anything again but that’s not enough, they keep contact me. Leave people contacts alone if they not ask for adverts. Disgraceful company.
