I have come to Amersham specially today to return a faulty garment which has not been worn but sold with holes in it. As it was a journey out of my way I checked the opening hours of the store it said open now. When I got here it was closed for staff training until 1pm. I used the virtual chat to get help and was told they were unable to change their opening times for one off events as their systems are too slow. They are also unable to process a refund unless I take it to my local store. I can’t as it is closed until 1pm , this is not the level of customer service I expect from fat face and selling £50 shirts with holes in is also not the quality I expect from them. I have now incurred costs coming to Amersham, parking in and Amersham and still have a faulty garment which they have said there is nothing they are prepared to do but to come back when the shop is open which again I will incur costs.

Visited to buy a belt, tried to see if it fitted but couldn't put the belt through the loop as there was a thick weave label attached which prevented me from doing so, approached a member of staff to ask to remove it so I could try it properly and was told no, if she removes it, she can't put it back on, so I would have to try to "manipulate the belt through the loop somehow". Most unhelpful and I have to say pretty rude with it too! I begrudgingly bought the belt as I really liked it, but it was certainly not due to the "help" I received in the shop - maybe a customer service course might be due, for both helpfulness and attitude!

Nice layout but clothes are too overpriced as I once bought some socks for my dad as a late present for his birthday and they were £6 even though you could get a nice quality pair for £2 at Tesco or Primark and the jumpers are like £15 even though one of my favourite jumpers I have now are £5 from Primark so as you can see it's not the best. Gives off aesthetic/relaxing vibes though

Being a fat faced person, I was hoping to mix with fellow fat faced individuals. However, there were only skinny faces in this store, not a single fat face in sight. I felt alienated and embarrassed. Warning to all fat faces, do not enter!
