Its lovely to see an independent retailer in a niche market, in the centre of busy touristy,commercial Bath..it has an old fashioned,hands on approach..an anachronism in this fast pasted world...As a fabric shop, it caters for local people and has a large range of fabrics...its cheap and they know their stuff...the staff are helpful and understand dress making and tailoring....

wonderful choice of fabrics but the staff are so rude! The man who works there served me and my sister while having a conversation with one of his colleagues. Doesn't make any effort to ask what you're making, if you want any advice/help, zero engagement. I go for the bargain/scrap bin but if the staff were nicer i'd be there all the time. No idea about the prices because they are not clearly displayed

Good choice but very rude, as many other people have found I see! Quite belittling. Prices are £3.99 for 1.5m x 1m for cheap black fabric if anyone is interested. I think there are other fabric shops in Bath which I'll try instead in future

Great shop, an aladdins cave of a great selection of fabrics of varying qualities The young lady who served me was extremely knowledgeable and really helpful. Everything under one roof. Highly recommended. Will be returning. Thank you.

A great fabric shop, there is so much choice. You have to search a little bit as the shop is not that organised but the staff are very helpful and usually can point you in the right direction.

Proper traditional fabric shop with great advice from lovely owner - definitely worth a visit. Don't buy fabric online! Shops like this will disappear!
